Unless otherwise indicated, all academic materials, presentations, recordings, learning resources, and related content available through the Platform are the intellectual property of APSCO, VELPLAT, or their respective content providers. Such materials are made available exclusively for authorized educational and professional purposes.

3. Consent

Prior written authorization from APSCO is required for the reproduction, distribution, publication, sharing, modification, or disclosure of academic content obtained through the VELPLAT e-Learning Platform, except where such actions are permitted by applicable law.

By accessing and participating in APSCO-VELPLAT educational activities, users acknowledge and agree to comply with the provisions established in this Policy.

4. Limitation of Use and Disclosure

Academic content provided through the VELPLAT e-Learning Platform may only be used for the educational purposes for which it has been made available.

Without prior written consent from APSCO, users shall not:
